CNN 旅游频道把菲律宾 Palaui 岛的海滩入选为全球最美的一百个海滩之一，排在第十位，比美国自己的夏威夷海滩都高。这个排名个人觉得参考意义很大。

Palaui 的入选评语：

Glorious white sands meet volcanic rocks and blue-green waters topside, while coral gardens and a rich marine reserve meet divers under the surface. Palaui is all about raw beauty. Treks to get there require battling thorny grass, muddy ground and a mangrove forest.

美丽的白沙滩与火山岩和青色的水相交融，而珊瑚园和丰富的海洋保护区则与水下的潜水者相遇。Palaui 全是有关原始美。跋涉到达那里需要先通过棘手的草丛，泥泞的土地，和红树林。

With no resorts or hotels, Palaui has only two real options: camping under the stars or home stays.
