Responsibility:

1. Call the borrower and remind him/her to payback and handle the upcoming installment amount to prevent his/her loan fromoverdue before the billing date according to the collection process and customerdata set by the company

2. Inform the borrower the risk of overdueand offer reasonable repayment advice

Implement remind process effectively accordingto the different degrees of overdue on the borrower list

3. Assist with other loan management issues

Requirements:

1. High school education background or above,aging from 20-35.

2. Outgoing, with positive attitude and strongsense of responsibility

3. Thoughtful, proactive, decisive, goodpressure resistance

4. English and Tagalog speaker
