在菲律宾华人区发现一个小型贫民窟！

每次路过华人区La Torre 大街时，我都能看到这个贫民窟。

它就位于中正学院和圣公会中学之间的黑水河岸边。



我想居住在这个贫民窟里的人大概都是那些无家可归的人吧？
可能一开始有一户人发现这个地方空着，于是就在这里搭建起了木板房。
之后，别的流浪者也发现了这个地方，然后就纷纷来到这里搭建木板房，于是就形成了一定的规模。

这种木板房很简单，基本上就是七拼八凑成的。屋顶是一层铁皮，四周墙壁基本上都是用捡来的大大小小的木板，还有各种颜色的塑料纸钉在一起的。板房外凌乱地挂着各种居家物品和晾晒的衣服！

想必是没办法隔热，也没办法避雨吧？如果里面没有水，没有电，他们又该如何生存呢？
估计只能白天出去乞讨，晚上才回到这里睡觉吧！



目测石桥两边的河岸上大概有近百户人住在这里吧！

我每次路过这里，都禁不住驻足观看一会儿，但却始终没有勇气走进去细看。



石桥边总是有很多衣着破烂、脸上乌漆嘛黑的的孩子在追逐、嬉闹，他们的脸上都挂着纯真的笑容，似乎从来都没有忧愁似的。

桥头边还有一个小卖部，出售各种小商品和简单的食物，不时有贫民窟里的人来光顾。

这可能就是菲律宾众多贫民窟的一个缩影吧？

据说在帕西格河边还有一个拥有四百万人口的贫民窟。可惜我一直不知道它的具体位置，也没胆量走进去。
之前，我看到千岛诗社陈社长去过一个大的贫民窟实地考察，并拍了很多图片，确实很令人震惊。不过，那里人们脸上的笑容，也很令人感动。



另外，据我观察，菲律宾首都马尼拉几乎看不到一条清澈的河流，都是被严重污染过的黑水河。河面上漂浮着各种各样的垃圾，河水散发着阵阵恶臭，真的非常影响市容。不知道相关部门有没有着手治理改造的计划？

每次坐车经过这些黑水河时，我都在想有什么方法能够快速让这些河流变得清澈，重新焕发出生命力呢？
方法估计是有，但可能花费不菲，想必政府也拿不出钱来吧？所以就只能听之任之了！
