急需助理兼翻译1名，要求熟悉使用中英文以及菲律宾语并且了解菲律宾当地市场。倾向于录用在菲华裔。

Positioning: Who are we? -- Focus on providing professional and sustainable credit loan services to small economy entities. Based on the customer's own credit, it provides a simple and fast credit loan service for users who cannot get loan from traditional financial institutions.

Mission: Why do we exist? - Help more people, not only for "rich people." We have an equal relationship with our users; our users are not rich, and most of them are groups of users that cannot get or difficult to get service from banks and other financial services institution, which including small economy entities such as individuals and small or medium businesses owners.

    产品概述：基于移动互联网全流程线上网络借款APP，主要解决菲律宾个人及微小经济体的小额贷款需求，提供2000 PHP，6000 PHP “小额度”，7天，14天 “短周期”的灵活借款。用户可以在范围内自主定义借款金额，还款周期。系统采用互联网大数据方式，省去了传统金融服务的繁琐流程及手续，旨在提供一个简单快捷的借款新模式。
Product Introduction: Based on the mobile Internet full-process online loan APP, mainly to solve the small amount credit loan needs of individuals and small business owners in the Philippines, providing small amount loan from PHP 2000 to PHP 6000, with “short circle”flexible loan of 7 days or 14 days. The user can define the amount of the loan and the repayment period independently at the range. The system adopts the Internet big data method, which eliminates the cumbersome process and procedures of traditional financial services, and aims to provide a new loan model which is simple and fast.


Job responsibilities
1. Assist the general manager in the development of the Philippines.
2. Responsible for the company's assigned translation tasks or other assigned work.
3. Responsible for real-time translation assigned by the internal or external staff.
4. Organize office meetings, record and file meeting contents.
5. Responsible for the company's official document handling and customer reception.
6. Assist in the management and maintenance of the APP and the back-end system.
7. Coordinate the internal staff management, the work arrangement, implementation, inspection, and supervision.
8. In combination with the actual situation in the Philippines, assist the general manager in investigating the upstream and downstream markets, understand the company's business circumstance, and be able to put forward reasonable suggestions.
Job requirements
1. Must be full time employee.
2. Proficient in Chinese and English.
3. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year working experience； excellent ability is not limited to the working experience.
4. Priority will be given to local Filipinos or those familiar with the Philippines.
5. Experience in small amount credit loan is a plus.
6. Foreign language, finance, computer, law, risk control and other related majors.
7. Integrity, work hard and carefully, quick in thought, strong sense of responsibility; can communicate timely, accurately and effectively.
