当「杜特尔特」获得2500亿比索后……

这幅画很有意思。当我问同学这幅漫画是什么涵义后，他给了我如下答复：

So Duterte has successfully acquired the special power that would allow him to have access to the PHP250+B fund in order to help bolster the economy and livelihood. World Bank also approve the $500M loan, which in turn is added to the said fund.

杜特尔特已经成功获得了特殊权利，这让他有权使用2500亿比索「资金」去帮助经济和民生。世界银行也批准了5亿美元贷款，这些会一点点加在那个资金里。

So what you see is a typical filipino game. you could see that Duterte has a huge pile of cash behind him (the funds). Him holding a rack with pieces of cash clipped and two society classes that are greatly affect by this pandemic. The middle class and the poor are competing and struggling to “win” the few cash as “prize”.

所以你看到的是一个典型的菲律宾游戏。你可以看到杜特尔特身后有一摞现金（那个资金）。他持着一个架子，架子上夹着少量钞票。两个社会阶层被疫情严重的影响了。中产阶层和穷人为了赢得少量的钞票（也就是游戏奖励）正在比赛竞争。

The middle class in quotation marks could mean that the rich/affluent pretending to be what they are not, wanting to be part of the “game”.

在引号里的中产阶层可能表示，那些有钱富裕的人们在假装他们没钱，想参与到这个「游戏」中。

This also portrays that the Philippine government sees the current situation as if its a game making its people a laughingstock.

这张图也描绘了菲律宾政府看到了当前的情况，就好像这个游戏一样，这让国民成了笑话。
