Chinese language Affiliate Marketing Specialist with fluent English


Requirements:
- Experience in Chinese gambling marketing
- 3+ year experience in marketing, with knowledge of affiliate marketing, campaign management and lead generation, CPA network experience a plus (AffiliateWindow, Commission Junction, LinkConnector, LinkShare, TradeDoubler)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to to track and report results and provide recommendations to optimize performance
- Ideal candidate will be a target-driven, self-motivated and energetic individual with the ability to take direction
- Proven planning, organizational and strong follow-up skills with ability to see a project through to completion
- Ideal candidate will be a target-driven, self-motivated and energetic individual with the ability to take direction
- Experience with CPA (Cost-per-Action), CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) and CPC (Cost-per-Click) payment models
- Fluent Chinese
- Fluent English

Responsibilities:
- Identifying, recruiting, developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of existing Affiliate Program
- Analyzing campaigns, reporting ROI results and devising strategies to increase conversions
- Acquiring, retaining and activating new Affiliate Program partnership
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly reporting to assess and consistently optimize conversion rates
- Keep comprehensive analysis of competitors' programs; help determine the need for revisions to program policies, payout, and other details
