[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· Assist HR leader from HQ in taking care of employee relations locally in the Philippines, explain company compensation and benefit programs and be responsible for payroll; [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· As employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between client and employees; [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· Provide supports in various HR daily operations, such as HR systems, HR administration, compensation and benefits, welfare and team building projects, local benefit programs and much more. [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]Requirements [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· Bachelor's degree or above is preferred [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· 2 years above HR experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment. Being familiar with local employment policies and laws will be a great plus. [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work independently as well as collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in different teams. [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· Strong partnership with HQ teams, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision. [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork. [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]· Proficient in English and Mandarin.
