As a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition team)
- Proactive, strategic, and network early in search of high caliber candidates for open roles
- Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates and conduct interviews to analyze candidate experience & culture fit
- Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and participate in the offer process which includes salary negotiation.
- Represent Talent Acquisition Team with professionalism, enthusiasm and energy to sell the company to candidates.
As a Support
- Coordinate between new hires and Human Resources, ensuring submission of all documents required for onboarding.
- Arrange flights and accommodation (international and domestic) for candidates and new hires, as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of visa and working permit application for new hires
- Send out regret letters and telephone feedback to candidates who did not pass the interview
- Helps in updating and maintaining the applicants database
Qualifications
- At least 1 year related experience
- Required languages: Mandarin, English
- Can deliver results under pressure
- Professional and matured
- Driven, results - oriented and can think outside the box
- Good English and Chinese skills, oral and written communications
