工作简介

• Effectively conduct new hire orientation and training sessionsfor Chinese and the English side of the business.
  有效的进行中英文新员工入职培训及业务产品培训。
• Deliver effective product cross training and refreshersessions to identified existing staff members.
  进行针对现有员工的跨产品及 复习进修培训。
• Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities todetermine program effectiveness.
  监督、评估以及记录培训进程以确保培训课程的有效性。
• Deliver timely and effective feedback and coaching totrainees.
  及时有效的给予培训学员反馈和指导。
• Devise, where required, individual learning plans fortrainees based on knowledge and skill assessments conducted in training.
  根据培训中对学员的知识技能评估，制定针对学员个体的单独培训计划。（如果有需要）
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training proceduremanuals and guides and course materials such as hand outs and visual materials.
  整理、开发或获取培训流程、指南、练习资料、视觉材料等。
• Present information using a variety of instructionaltechniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, groupdiscussions, videos, or lectures.
  运用多样化的教学方式进行培训，如角色扮演、情景对话、团队练习、分组练习、视频资料和讲课教学。
• Assist in scheduling classes based on availability ofclassrooms, equipment and trainees.
  根据培训教室、设备和学员的时间安排，协助完成教室的分配。
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
  确保达到规定的培训要求。
• Keep up to date with developments in training and thebusiness by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, attending relevantcourses and keeping in touch with the businesses development it’s changes andnew products.
  根据对相关工作日志的查阅、会议参与，相关课程的参加及与业务部门流程更改和产品更新密切的关注，及时地对培训内容进行更新和调整。
• Ensure product training materials are updated andaccurate at all times.
  确保产品培训的资料及时更新，信息准确。
• Develop an understanding of e-learning techniques, andwhere relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learningpackages.
  理解网络教学的技巧，并参与到相关的网络教学课程的设计和执行中去。
• Present the organization in a positive light and actas an example of the standards expected of an employee of the organization atall times.
  随时作到以身做责，为员工树立正面的榜样。
  Qualifications:
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Excellent English communication skills; verbal andwritten.
