Candidate must speak Chinese, English or Tagalog<br />
Responsibilities<br />
•Liaise with Finance and HR any timekeeping, payroll and attendance concern.<br />
•Ensure all forms related to vacation leaves, overtime, night differential or any HR related forms are filled – out, recorded and submitted on time and correctly.<br />
•Maintain the database of annual leave and offsetting<br />
•Notify the Management of any tardiness, absences and/or no show occurrences of the staff that requires disciplinary actions<br />
•Assist the Manager in recording and managing documents related to shift swaps, holiday/leave requests, night differential and overtime by proactively using online tools / applications.<br />
•Assist the Management, specifically the Manager and Department Head in organizing team bonding activities<br />
•Identify and address any team morale issues<br />
•Maintain and update bulletin boards<br />
•In charge of managing office properties like headset, stationeries, lockers etc.<br />
•Work with supervisors in ensuring all staff has access to all work-related accounts<br />
•Update contact information database of the department<br />
•Update SharePoint<br />
•Support and assist in creating a good working environment<br />
•Maintain discipline and ensure shift is managed in accordance with CS procedures, provide corrective measures if needed<br />
•Assist in performance evaluation<br />
•Any task assigned by Superiors<br />
Requirements<br />
•Excellent interpersonal skills<br />
•Can multi – task and work efficiently under pressure<br />
•Has the ability to manage, maintain and motivate fairness within the team<br />
•Familiar with MS Office and can use the internet<br />
•Strong communications skills, both verbal and written<br />
•Familiar with Poker/Casino games, but not essential<br />
•Self-motivated and results oriented<br />
•Can easily adapt to a diverse environment and business needs<br />
•Possess leadership skills<br />
•Strong background in customer service<br />
•Excellent problem solving skills<br />
•Ability to make decisions on his own<br />
•Can work with minimal supervision<br />
•Willing to learn<br />
•Supportive of company goals and objectives<br />
•Willing to work on SHIFTING SCHEDULES<br />
•Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.<br />
•Required language(s): Chinese, English<br />
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<br />
•Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.<br />
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.<br />
•Full-Time position(s) available.<br />
