Responsibilities<br />

•Manages all staff within the team<br />
•Preparing working schedule and assigning specific duties<br />
•Strictly follow SOP of the task<br />
•Flexible (working early, late shift and work during weekends)<br />
•Deliverable always on time (Daily, weekly and monthly)<br />
•Has an ability to contribute individually and perform well in a team environment (Monthly plan for improvement and solutions<br />

Requirements:<br />
<br />
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Mathematics, Business<br />
•Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.<br />
•Good problem - solving and people – management skills<br />
•Present a positive attitude, good role model to the team, exceptional analytical and listening skills<br />
•Can show and maintain above average attendance, performance, productivity and conduct record<br />
•Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situation<br />
•highly analytical and versatile<br />
•Willing to work on shifting schedules<br />
•Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Simple Mandarin is a plus<br />
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<br />
