Requirements:<br />

1. Languages: English, Chinese mandarin (written and oral)<br />
2. Experience 3+ years in similar position<br />
3. Documenting rules<br />
4. Basic accounting rules<br />
5. Business communication ethics<br />
6. Basic labor laws<br />
7. Computer literacy<br />
<br />
Main functions:<br />
<br />
1. Assisting the activities of MD in organisational, informational and documentational aspects<br />
2. Help in communication between MD and third companies and individuals where needed<br />
3. Control over fulfillment of MD orders and instructions.<br />
<br />
Responsibilities:<br />
<br />
1. Working on the MD’s working schedule, create conditions for effective work of MD<br />
2. Receive and process the correspondence and documents for MD, control the quality of these documents.<br />
3. Transfer the instructions of MD to the staff<br />
4. Control and time management of MD’s instructions and orders<br />
5. Preparation of the documents for MD<br />
6. Entering the information to databases<br />
7. Preparation of meetings of MD, including all materials.<br />
8. Organising telephone calls, conferences etc for MD, partisipatipation in them<br />
9. Translation of written materials<br />
10. Verbal translations for MD<br />
11. Communication with visitors to MD<br />
12. Preparing the travel documents for MD, itinerary of trips, booking of hotels and transport.<br />
13. Ordering stationery for MD<br />
14. Fulfill other instructions from MD within the work environment and job responsibilities.<br />
