- knowledge of main Chinese social networks and understanding of general strategies work with them <br />
- knowledge of main gambling promotions and methods of work with them <br />
- knowledge of methods for analysis ads campaign and methods for increase them efficiency <br />
- knowledge of methods for analysis promo campaign and methods for increase them efficiency <br />
- knowledge of Google Analytics <br />
- knowledge of creating CRM <br />
- knowledge of office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) <br />
- general knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) <br />
- knowledge of e-mail sending system <br />

Duties: <br />
- preparing and analyze ads campaign <br />
- preparing and analyze promotions campaign <br />
- negotiations with sports and gambling sites and forums <br />
- preparing site content with content writer <br />
- preparing designs (site banners, ads banners, etc) with designer <br />
- creating CRM system with Support Team Leader and developer <br />
- increase efficiency of all marketing tools (search and fix site weaknesses, search and fix errors in work of Support Department, etc) <br />
- analysis of the behavior of the player and extending the time of his activity in the site <br />
- search new tools for increasing loyalty players <br />
- preparing and analyze email marketing campaign <br />
- preparing regular reports about competitors (promo campaigns, payment methods, etc)<br />

代理主管一名，要求如下：<br />
to undertake to promote brand and be responsible for the Chinese market with the following tasks:<br />
1. Recruitment of new customers (affiliates)<br />
2. The recruitment and maintenance with new/old affiliate parties <br />
3. Execution of and management of affiliate marketing activates towards the above affiliate partners<br />
4.Assist the team with everything necessary to increase revenues, conversions and retention for the Chinese market. This could include (but not be limited to) training new support personnel, finding and negotiating potential marketing channels, helping out with 1st line support initially, working with CRM messages, Affiliate System and more.<br />
