JOB DESCRIPTION<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Promote sales of animal feeds through advertisement,&nbsp;&nbsp;house to house,&nbsp;&nbsp;open new markets&nbsp;&nbsp;and etc.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Organize, assist and lead a team of sales technician<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Source or possible users and ensure to maintain a good healthy relationship with them <br />
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Meet required sales quota every quarter <br />
Minimum Requirement for SALES MANAGER position are as follows:<br />
1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A graduate of any 4-year course<br />
2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Excellent interpersonal skills<br />
3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Can drive 4 wheel vehicles<br />
4.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; With pleasing personality<br />
5.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 20-35 years old<br />
6.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; With experience in sales and handling people or the like is an advantage <br />
7.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Fast learner, can work under pressure, and is goal-oriented <br />
8.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English, can speak tagalog is an advantage.<br />
9.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Candidate must be willing to work in any part of&nbsp;&nbsp;LUZON<br />
