菲律宾工作签如何降签？

DOWNGRADING OF VISA
Who can apply?Foreign Nationals who shall apply for the reversion of their immigration visa to temporary visitor/tourist to continue to stay legally in the Philippines

How to apply?
[*]Present the letter request for downgrading and other requirements.出示降签申请和相关文件
[*]Get the Order of Payment Slip.拿到付款账单
[*]Pay the required immigration fees.付款
[*]Get the Official Receipt.收到付款凭据
[*]Submit official receipt with the other requirements for downgrading.提交付款凭据和相关文件
[*]If approved, present passport for implementation.如果通过，出示护照
[*]Claim the passport stamped with the downgraded visa.领取降签后的护照

顺便罗集了下菲华网其他网友发布关于自己去降签的流程跟费用，希望可以帮到大家：
一、去移民局降签需要的文件：
1.公司开具的离职证明
2.公司的律师写的降签申请书
3.护照原件和工作签证原件。
二、费用：4500P政府发票。
如果没有以上说的前两个文件，这个需要请代理的律师来处理文件问题，大概需要的费用为15000P
四、是否需要回国的问题
降签后将有59天的停留期，到时间了就可以继续续签，这个和旅游签没有区别。
五、降签后是否可以转工作签证？
从菲律宾的规定来说是可以转为工作签的，如果是同类型的签证很方便处理，如果是不同类型的签证就等于是重新申请。
如果是在这边找到新工作的话，最好是按照公司要求来处理，因为每个公司要求都不太一样。我这里不能一概而论。

一般可能需要一个月，快的2周也有。

我的还没有到期的，但是我现在在国内，我人可不可以不过来呢，直接吧护照跟签证寄过来让公司降签在寄回来可以吗？非常感谢你的解答。
