ResponsibilityProvide full life-cycle HR Outsourcing Services to support projects requirements including all HR modules.· Assist HR leader from HQ in taking care of employee relations locally in the Philippines, explain company compensation and benefit programs and be responsible for payroll;· As employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between client and employees;· Provide supports in various HR daily operations, such as HR systems, HR administration, compensation and benefits, welfare and team building projects, local benefit programs and much more.
Requirements· Bachelor's degree or above is preferred· 2 years above HR experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment. Being familiar with local employment policies and laws will be a great plus.· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work independently as well as collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in different teams.· Strong partnership with HQ teams, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork.· Proficient in English and Mandarin.
