2024年菲律宾留学生学签年度报告办理流程简化流程
留学政策再次简化按照菲律宾移民局2024年最新政策要求，所有注册的外国人必须在2024年1月2日至2024年3月1日期间，本人携带护照及Icard原件到移民局办理2024年度报告（2024 Annual Report），这一报告也是国际留学生在2024年续签学生签证时必须提交的材料之一。
年度报告作为菲律宾留学生每年必完成的认证内容，菲政府于今年起简化办理流程，将以往繁琐的线下办理，改为网上预约申请，学生本人携带护照及Icard原件在线下缴费。大大缩减了留学生办理的时间、精力与财力的浪费问题。
按照菲律宾移民局政策，逾期未办理2024年度报告的外国人，按照每月200比索缴纳罚款（从2024年3月2号起计算）。
学签续签需要准备的材料
● 移民局续签申请表格；
● 护照原件；
● ACR-I Card；
● 2×2英寸照片2张；
● 留学生年度报告Annual Report缴费收据（网上预约+本人移民局办理）。
注意
留学生年度报告的登录账户需要用谷歌和雅虎的账号进行注册，并且需要境外手机号才能进行申请。为了让学员们尽快完成该项目，YIXI整理出一份学签年度报告指南，请务必仔细阅读。
线上预约
1. 登录移民局官网，点击”Creat Account“注册。
移民局官网：https://e-services.immigration.gov.ph/
2. 填写个人信息及注册账户与密码，验证后点击“Submit”提交。（注册目前只支持Gmail和Yahoo邮箱，记得提前注册邮箱）
3. 提交成功后，直接跳转到如下页面，点击“Aunnual Report”。
4. 跳转到申请表填写界面，如下。填完后点击“Submit”提交。
5. 提交成功，查看预约码，截图并保存，完成线上预约。接下来，带上护照和ACR-ICard，到就近的移民局缴费即可。
【温馨提示】：如果没有提前准备好，就只能去现场，填写繁琐的表格，会浪费很多时间。

● 现金310比索（年审费用：300比索+法律费：10比索）

办理时间：每年1月3日至3月1日，仅限于周一至周五 9：00-18：00，节假日除外。（需要本人亲自前往办理）

违规处罚
如果不能按时递交办理将被罚款或者取消签证。2024年3月2日起计算逾期，逾期罚款费用：每月200比索，每年最高2000比索 + 1010 比索（复议费用）+ 500比索（快速费）。
个人资料（如婚姻状况、国籍、地址及其它）如有更改，必须以书面上报移民局，以免受到制裁（包括不超过六个月的监禁）。
办理必须于每年开始的前二个月缴付规费，除非法律豁免。如有计划旅游，而外侨身份卡（I-CARD）将失效或更换，必须提前至少三个月办理。
与往年不同的是，今年可视频进行年审。但这个方式仅适用于英文好的学生，英文比较薄弱的学生不建议选择。
线上视频审核并缴费
申请者应先通过官网进行登记，成功后选择日期和时间，邮件将收到一份通知书和面试链接（interview link），应用Google Meet软件与移民局人员视频沟通。
在视频审核期间，也必须出示有效期限的护照原件和ACR-ICard原件。
审核成功后，移民局人员会透过电子邮件给申请者付款单（Order of Payment Slip/OPS）。
申请者需要在24小时内通过BI e-services线上付款，可选择用Pay Maya、GCash、信用卡（Visa/Mastercard）付款，若未能在24小时内付款，需再度进入BI e-services 申请重新补发付款单。
