[食記] 長灘島 CYMA Greek Taverna


                  <p><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841380-3385813741.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />中午的時候來到長灘島的Dmall逛逛,午餐打算來台灣人來長灘島幾乎都會來希臘餐廳用餐。<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841366-1902663883.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />希臘餐廳在Dmall裡面還算好找,雖然是在小巷弄之中,但是店面和招牌相當明顯,藍白色的經典希臘風格,讓人一眼就見到他。<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841367-46807903.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />不愧是台灣人都會來的店,備有中文菜單。<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841368-1039843206.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841369-9831938.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841370-556804874.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841371-2058796432.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841372-26855028.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841373-4113984056.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><strong>Flaming Cheese(Traditional Greek)$P370</strong><br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841373-1152517766.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841374-980988579.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841375-3061205571.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841377-2344383661.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />這道菜是CYMA的名菜,只要來該店的客人幾乎都會點。送上來時,先由店員拿在手上,在點盤裡點火,然後冒起火舌,店員大喊OPA,聲勢奪人,不知道韓國人會不會以為店員在喊他哥。<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841378-2824382869.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />其實這道菜就是火烤起司搭配Pita餅,小鐵盤中一大片羊奶起司,還有大量的橄欖油,擠上檸檬汁。舀起片狀的起司夾入Pita餅中吃。<br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841378-3828631984.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />Pita餅口感鬆軟,起司則是鹹澀帶點微酸,口味較重,與味道清淡的餅皮倒是挺搭。<br /><br /><strong>Moussaka$P270</strong><br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841379-465610328.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />這道菜據說是希臘國菜,是以茄子為主原料做的菜,流行於阿爾幹半島與中東地區。Moussaka分為三層,上層是黃色的乳酪,中間則是茄子,最底下是牛肉與豬肉製成的肉醬。上層的乳酪看起來很像布丁,吃起來則是軟膩滑嫩的口感,有種奶油與淡淡起司味,但也有點奶膩;中層的茄子燒的軟爛,搭配最底下大量的番茄味道的肉醬,頗為奇妙的口味組合,味道不賴,只是吃多易膩。<br /><br /><strong>Paidakia$P720</strong><br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841381-3563513454.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />這道菜是烤羊排骨搭配馬鈴薯塊,羊排應該是羊肋排的部位,一根一根堆疊成塔,泛著碳烤焦香味,羊肉並未烤至全熟,大概八分熟左右,因此肉也有點韌口,不太好咬斷。肉質有彈性而鮮嫩,並無羶味,本身味道清淡,只有淡淡的香料香氣,擠點檸檬添酸,味道更好。而馬鈴薯塊烤的冶不差,不過調味重了點,比較鹹。<br /><br /><strong>Chicken and Seafood Yiouvetsi$P550</strong><br /><br /><img src="/data/attachment/forum/uploads/1407841382-4001335577.jpg" alt="" />&nbsp;<br /><br />這道雖然看起來像燉飯,但其實並不是用米飯做的,而是用一種叫orzo的義大利米型麵做的菜。因此雖然看起來像米飯,吃起來卻不是米粒的口感,而是軟軟的米麵。味道則是番茄味為主,內有大量扇貝與雞肉丁、魷魚,酸甜的味道挺清爽,份量也不少,至少可給三個人吃。不過扇貝肉煮的縮水乾扁,實在是食之無味,棄之可惜。<br /><br /><strong>CYMA Greek Taverna</strong><br /><strong>地址:D'Mall, D'Mall de Boracay, Boracay Island, Malay, 5608, Aklan Philippines</strong><br /><strong>電話:+63 36 288 4283</strong><br /><br /></p>
