5. Establishment of a repatriation and quarantine facility”

c. In the event that a foreign national who is disqualified from the above exemptions disembarks to the Philippines for other reasons, the person shall automatically be excluded and immediately sent back to the port of origin as stated in the restriction. In the event of unavailability of return flight, the person shall be placed under quarantine or respective designated area.

d. Filipino Citizens and Permanent Status holders of the Philippines who will be arriving from these flights shall be turned over to the Quarantine Bureau together with a copy of their arrival cards including flight crew. Foreign nationals who are unable to board the return(turnaround) flight shall be included in the quarantine.

e. Filipinos who are travelling to China and Special Administrative region shall be prohibited except if s/he is a member of the WHO or umbrella agency involved with the NCOV (Novel Corona Virus).
