Job Description/Responsibilities:<br />
Windows7 desktop/laptop PCs, troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs, installing software, patches, updates on desktops and/or laptops, troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems.<br />
Assists end-users with the installation and configuration of computer equipment, peripheral and software.<br />
Orients end-users with regard to proper use, care and accountability of assigned IT equipment as well as discuss common IT processes and policies.<br />
Works with support groups or functions (internal and external) to resolve technical problems with computer equipment, software and network connectivity.<br />
Assists users with any IT related issues or concerns regarding the ongoing usability of computer equipment, peripheral and software by identifying the problem, establishing a theory of probable cause, testing the theory to determine cause, establishing plan of action to resolve the problem and implement the solution, verifying full system functionality and if applicable, implement preventive measures and document findings, actions and outcomes.<br />
Tags and tracks all IT assets and maintain IT equipment records.<br />

协助用户安装配置计算机设备,软件和外围设备。<br />
主导终端用户对护理和责任分配的设备的正确使用以及讨论常见的流程和政策<br />
与支持组解决计算机设备、软件和网络连接功能(内部和外部)的技术问题。<br />
解决用户相关的担忧或问题,简历一个可能的原因理论,测试理论来确定原因,简历解决问题的行动计划和实施解决方案,验证完整的系统功能,如适用,实施预防措施。<br />
跟踪和标签所有的维护设备记录和资产。<br />

Graduate of Computer Science or any IT Related course<br />
At least one (1) year of related job experience.<br />
