Position Title&nbsp;&nbsp;:&nbsp; &nbsp;Mandarin CSR<br />
<br />
Duties and Responsibilities:<br />
<br />
• Assist users during and after the online sign-up process;<br />
• Resolve all payment related queries;<br />
• Act as a first point of contact for any query from our customers in regards to the online e-wallet service;<br />
• Ensure high customer satisfaction rates are maintained at all times.<br />
• Answer and resolve customer enquiries via chat, e-mail and/or phone;<br />
• Assessing individual problems and taking appropriate actions to ensure that customer needs are met.<br />
<br />
Job Qualifications:<br />
<br />
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/college Degree, any field.<br />
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin;<br />
• Good verbal and written English<br />
• Ability and willing to work flexible shifts;<br />
• Organized, able to multitask and pay attention to detail;<br />
• Must be result driven;<br />
• Previous customer service experience is preferred although not a requirement.<br />
• Must be Filipino Citizenship or Permanent Resident Visa.<br />
• Compensation – 50-80k/month depending on qualifications.<br />
• Native or non-Native<br />

<br />

• For natives, If they are holding Permanent Visa.<br />
• If they can type Basic Chinese Characters.<br />

Salary Package/Benefits: 50-80k/month depending on qualifications.<br />
