Position:&nbsp; &nbsp;Online Assistant of Store Manager /Customer Service<br/>
Type:&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Available as a Full Time (FT) Position<br/>

Our office is located in Los Angel, HK and Mainland of China, we are looking for long term employees as online store managment assistant roles who is willing to grow with us<br/>
<br/>
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:<br/>
&nbsp; &nbsp; Adding new products to the Webstore<br/>
&nbsp; &nbsp; Performing email marketing campaigns to stimulate increased sales<br/>
&nbsp; &nbsp; Assisting local walk in customers with material sales.<br/>
&nbsp; &nbsp; Assisting online customer service issues.<br/>
&nbsp; &nbsp; Managing customer infos.<br/>
&nbsp; &nbsp; Customer satisfaction survey and&nbsp;&nbsp;After-sale follow up<br/>
<br/>
Experience Required:<br/>
&nbsp; &nbsp; Associated experience in online store administration.<br/>
