在菲律宾如何注册公司或个体户？



Step1：SEC-Corporation、DTI-Proprietor
1. Company Name 选择公司名称（最好给5个备选的名字）
2. Company Address 确认公司地址
3. Company Purpose 选择经营范围
4. Company Owner’s ID 提供法人或负责人ID和TIN ID
5. Capital Stock 准备注册资金

Step2：营业执照申请Business Permit
1. Barangay Clearnce 需要提供居委会证明
2. SEC/DTI Certificate of Registration SEC/DTI 原件（security exchange commission/department of trade industry）
3. Company Owner’s ID 法人ID和TIN ID
4. Contract of Lease 如果办公地址是租赁的话，需要提供租赁合同
5. Tax Declaration 以及做纳税申报

Step3：BIR税务登记注册
1. SEC/DTI Certificate of Registration SEC/DTI 原件
2. Business Permit 营业执照

Step4：SSS/Philhealth/Pagibig办理社医保、住房公积金

Step5：Dole Registration 劳工部注册

Step6：Tax Retainership办理税务托管

Step7：Bank Opening 银行开户
